FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR PEOPLE PRIMARILY FROM SOMALIA NOW LIVING IN THE PARTICULARLY LEICESTER, LEICESTERSHIRE AND PEOPLE LIVING IN SOMALIA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; (B) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED, UNEMPLOYMENT AND SICKNESS: AND (C) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.'
