Charitable objects
3.1.1 .PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOROUGH OF GREENWICH AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 3.1.2. FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF GREENWICH AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 3.1.3. FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF FAMILIES AND CHILDREN LIVING IN POVERTY IN SOMALIA AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
