BY ESTABLISHING FITTING OUT STOCKING AND MAINTAINING A LIBRARY SPECIALISING IN NEURO-SURGICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL MEDICINE AND ALLIED NEURO-SCIENCES CONCERNED BOOKS AND JOURNALS AND SUCH AUXILIARY GOODS ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT TOGETHER WITH NECESSARY FURNITURE FIXTURES AND FITTINGS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION MAY CONSIDER ADVISABLE FOR THE USE OF MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS.
