Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) (I) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD INCLUDING U.K. AND IN PARTICULAR AMONGST THOSE AFFECTED BY NATURAL DISASTERS, OR BY WARS AND OTHER CONFLICTS, BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL OR OTHER ASSISTANCE INCLUDING MEDICINES, SHELTER, FOOD, CLOTHING, SANITATION, CLEAN DRINKING WATER, MEDICAL CAMPS AND MATERNITY HOMES. (II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE PERSONS IN NEED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD INCLUDING U.K. AND IN PARTICULAR REGARDS TO ORPHANS, WIDOWS AND UNEMPLOYED BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING CENTRES, WORKSHOPS, EDUCATION CENTRES AND SPONSORSHIP FOR THE HIGHER EDUCATION INCLUDING FINANCIAL AID AND SUPPORT TO THE INSTITUTIONS BUT NOT LIMITED TO BOOKS, FURNITURE, ELECTRONIC HARDWARE AND TEACHER TRAINING. (III) TO PROMOTE THE TEACHING OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH AND CULTURE TO NON BELIEVERS AND TO WORK TOWARDS CREATING HARMONY BETWEEN VARIOUS RELIGIOUS GROUPS, THOUGH PRINT AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA IN PARTICULAR TO WORK CLOSELY WITH CRESCENT COMMUNITY RADIO ROCHDALE.
