THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND PREVENTION OF CRIME IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT , INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF ADDED SECURITY BY LOCAL CHURCHES FOR THE BENEFIT OF BRADFORD CITY CENTRE USERS.
