THE ASSISTANCE OF PEROSONS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH WALES AREA OF THE NATIONAL UNION OF MINEWORKERS, THEIR WIVES, WIDOWS, CHILDREN AND OTHER DEPENDENTS OF SUCH PERSONS BEING BY REASON OR THEIR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.
