THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF A STROKE, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHO CARE FOR SUCH PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND OTHER ASSISTANCE, AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION CONCERNING SUCH MATTERS IN THE DISTRICT OF WIGAN.
