A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FOR THE RECREATION OF CHILDREN AGED 4 YRS 6 MONTHS TO 12 YEARS BY MAKING FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THEM OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES AND FACILITIES.
