THE BENEFICIARIES MEAN ANY PERSON WHO IS A) UNDER THE AGE OF FORTY YEARS AND B) SUFFERING WITH CEREBRAL PALSY OR OTHER PHYSICAL DISABILITY C) AND WHO INTEND TO COMPETE IN THE PARALYMPICS OR OTHER NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL SPORTING COMPETITIONS AND D) WHO NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH ACTIVITIES INCLUDING (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) TRAINING PHYSIOTHERAPY AND EQUIPMENT.
