Charitable objects

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE: (1) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF CHILDREN WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS. (2) PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF CHILDREN WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME AND THEIR FAMILIES WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF ESSEX. (3) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND GENERAL PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF CHILDHOOD DISABILITY AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE FAMILY.
