TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE GRANTHAM HOPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM, OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND, GENERALLY, TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE HOSPITAL.
