THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE APPRECIATION OF AND PARTICIPATION IN MUSIC, ESPECIALLY CONTEMPORARY MUSIC INCLUDING JAZZ AND WORLD MUSIC IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND AND PARTICULARLY GREATER MANCHESTER.
