Activities - how the charity spends its money
WE SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH WORKERS IN THE OCCUPIED PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES WITH PROFESSIONAL TRAINING TO HELP RELIEVE TRAUMA AND DEVELOP RESILIENCE IN THOSE AFFECTED BY THE ONGOING CONFLICT. WE HAVE DEVELOPED PROGRAMMES IN FAMILY THERAPY AND FOCUSING THERAPY AND HELD WORKSHOPS IN FOCUSING IN THE UK. PALESTINE TRAUMA CENTRE (GAZA) RECEIVED OUR UK TRAINERS IN JANUARY 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016.

Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE MEMBERS OF THE PALESTINE DIASPORA WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM TRAUMA-RELATED MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY; 1 PROVIDING TRAINING AND SUPERVISION, EITHER BY ITSELF OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS, FOR STAFF WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS, CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND GROUPS WHO, AS A RESULT OF WAR, CONFLICT, OCCUPATION, NATURAL AND/OR MAN-MADE DISASTERS, HAVE EXPERIENCED WIDE-RANGING LEVELS OF TRAUMA, PARTICULARLY IN THE PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES. 2 SUPPORTING ONGOING RESEARCH INTO PSYCHO-SOCIAL PROGRAMMES DESIGNED TO ALLEVIATE TRAUMA CAUSED BY WAR, CONFLICT OR OCCUPATION; 3 ENCOURAGING THE SHARING OF GOOD THERAPEUTIC PRACTICE WITH OTHER GROUPS.
