Charitable objects
2.2 THE OBJECTS ARE TO PROMOTE ANY PURPOSE OR PURPOSES WHICH ARE
CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
2.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY
IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS PROVIDED THAT THEY NEED NOT DISTRIBUTE THE
WHOLE OF THE INCOME IN ANY FINANCIAL YEAR OR WITHIN ANY PERIOD THEREAFTER
IF THE UNDISTRIBUTED PART IS RETAINED BY WAY OF AN INCOME RESERVE FOR
FUTURE DISTRIBUTION IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE
DISCRETION DECIDE.
