Charitable objects

THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE "OBJECTS") ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: - 3.1.1 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION; AND 3.1.2 TO PRESERVE, CONSERVE AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES; AND 3.1.3 TO RELIEVE POVERTY; AND 3.1.4 TO RELIEVE SICKNESS; IN EACH CASE AMONGST THE POPULATION OF THE DARIEN PROVINCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, SERVICES, AID, FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE.
