FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF CATS AND KITTENS WITHIN THE BLAENAU GWENT AREA WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE BECAUSE THEY ARE SICK, STRAY OR ABANDONED OR BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER WANTED BY THE PROVISION OF A RESCUE, FOSTERING, REHABILITATION AND RE-HOMING SERVICE AND THE PROVISION OF TREATMENT AND /OR NEUTERING ACCORDING TO VETERINARY ADVICE.
