1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES LIVING WITHIN THE WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH AREA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) IN SELF ADVOCACY AND ALL RELATED AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO EMPOWER THEM TO DEVELOP SELF-CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM SO THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO SPEAK OUT FOR THEMSELVES 2 TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE
