MEMBERS BY BRINGING TOGETHER SUPPORT GROUPS SO THAT THEY CAN SHARE
GOOD PRACTICE AND STREAMLINE CARE PATHWAYS AND TO UNDERTAKE SUCH OTHER
ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE CARDIOVASCULAR TREATMENT AND WHERE POSSIBLE
ITS PREVENTION: AND
(2) TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC'S EDUCATION ABOUT CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONS AND
THE PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED BY PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
