TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST THE PEOPLE RESIDENT IN PERU AND OTHER COUNTRIES IN SOUTH AMERICA BY 1 PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF FACILITIES (NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY) FOR EDUCATION IN DISADVANTAGED AREAS 2 PROVIDING EXTRA TEACHER TRAINING, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND MATERIALS FOR SCHOOLS AND KINDERGARTENS 3 HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS
