II TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY LEARNING PROGRAMMES, CLASSES , SEMINARS AND FUNCTIONS
