Charitable objects

1. THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES ONLY. 2. IN PARTICULAR, THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED (A) TO PROVIDE, CAUSE TO BE PROVIDED OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE TREATMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND WELFARE OF SPASTICS (WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL MEAN AND INCLUDE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ANY FORM OF CEREBRAL PALSY): (B) TO MAKE GRANTS OR DONATIONS TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SPASTICS WHO ARE IN NEEDY CIRCUMSTANCES: (C) TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENTAND APPARATUS FOR SPASTICS.
