THE OBJECTIVES OF THE SERVICE ARE TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, POOR HEALTH AND OLD AGE AMONGST PEOPLE LIVING IN THE TYNESIDE AREA BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE FOR HOSPITALS, RESIDENTIAL HOMES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS.
