The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St Peters Halliwell Bolton has the responsibility of co-operating with incumbent , The Reverend Alan Saunders, in promoting the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. The PCC operates a Parish Centre complex for the benefit of the local Parish community.
