Charitable objects
1 TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS. 2 TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC EXPERIENCES FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC SUFFERING FROM STRESS, BEREAVEMENT DEPRESSION AND OTHER MENTAL DISTRESS THROUGH CONTACT WITH, AND CARING FOR, ANIMALS. TO STIMULATE DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES THROUGH CONTACT WITH, AND CARING FOR, ANIMALS. TO PROVIDE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE FOR TRAINEE VETS AND STUDENTS PURSUING A CAREER IN ANIMAL WELFARE THROUGH ACCESS TO A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT ANIMALS WHICH MAY BE SICK, HEALTHY, INJURED OR ILL USED. TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC FROM NUISANCE AND RISK FROM FERAL CATS BY TRAPPING AND HAVING SUCH CATS NEUTERED AND REHABILITATED.
