TO RELIEVE PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS, UPWARDS OF AGE OF 8 YEARS, LIVING IN THE LIVERPOOL AREA, BY PROVIDING THEM WITH FACILITIES FOR SPORT AND RECREATION TO HELP THEM COME TO TERMS WITH THEIR LIMITATIONS AND TO BROADEN THEIR HORIZONS.
