IMPROVE, BY COMPETITION, THE BREEDING OF LIVESTOCK, ENCOURAGE THE
IMPROVEMENT AND PRODUCTION OF FARM AND HORTICULTURAL I PRODUCE BY
EXHIBITIONS OR LIVESTOCK PRODUCE ETC.
