TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THOSE LIVING IN THE AREA OF THE FYLDE COAST (IN PARTICULAR WOMEN AND CHILDREN LIVING IN THIS AREA) IN THE COUNTY OF LANCASHIRE AND/OR SUCH OTHER AREAS AS DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY FROM TIME TO TIME (THE ¶AREA÷) IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) RELIEVING THOSE IN FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS (IN PARTICULAR WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE); (B) PROMOTING GOOD HEALTH (IN PARTICULAR THE GOOD HEALTH OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN); (C) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING (IN PARTICULAR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN NEED OF IT); AND (D) ESTABLISHING OR SECURING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE OR COMMUNITY FACILITY AND TO MAINTAIN OR MANAGE THE SAME FOR ANY CHARITABLE AND OTHER ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE COMPANY THAT FURTHER ITS PURPOSES.
