THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF WOMEN ONLY FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES THAT CATER TO RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL SENSITIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS AND CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY.
