B) PROVIDE AND SUPPORT FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION. C) PROVIDE AND SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL FACLITIES FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS AND D) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
