TO ADVANCE AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THE ELDERLY AND LONE PARENTS THROUGH THEATRE, DRAMA, MUSIC DANCE, AND THE WIDER PERFORMING AND VISUAL ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE INHABITANTS OF LIVERPOOL AND THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND BY ASSOCIATING WITH SCHOOLS, BUSINESSES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER BODIES.
