Activities - how the charity spends its money

We have designed and written a course entitled - Lifeskills Mindfulness. This incorporates a framework widely used in the National Health Service and more broadly for stress reduction, to prevent depression, and to improve mental health. The course has been given once during this period to some 15 people. Further courses are planned.
