Charitable objects

TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 18 YEARS, WHO LIVE IN DAMERHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, BY PROVIDING AN ORGANISED PROGRAM OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; B) ADVANCING EDUCATION C) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. THE OBJECTIVES SET OUT ABOVE AIM TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE PARISH OF DAMERHAM BY STIMULATING THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT TO RETAIN THEM AS CORNERSTONES OF THE PARISH.
