THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THOSE IN NEED OF HEALTH CARE OR MEDICAL TREATMENT IN PAKISTAN IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT IN FAISALABAD OR ITS SURROUNDING AREAS.
