SUPPORT OF EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS TO EMPOWER PEOPLE TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE.
