THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE COMPANY ARE TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE RELIEF AND SUPPORT TO PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND CARERS OF CHILDREN WITH LIFE LIMITING OR LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL CONDITIONS PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF:
(A) RESPITE CARE AND EMERGENCY NURSING CARE; AND
(B) SUPPORT, RELIEF AND GUIDANCE TO SIBLINGS AND OTHER CHILDREN OF THE FAMILY.
