THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECTS') ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR SPORT AND THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF DARTMOUTH AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC FACILITIES FOR SWIMMING AND OTHER ACTIVE SPORTS THE CHARITY WILL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION AND WILL NOT DISCRIMINATE ON THE GROUNDS OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OPINION.
