The Mount Pleasant Centre manages a community centre in Bradford on Avon, with three rooms for hire to individuals, social, health and community groups. In addition two permanent offices are rented on long term leases. The second building on the site is leased to the Mount Pleasant Social Club. Income is used to operate & maintain the buildings both of which are Grade II Listed.

1. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF BRADFORD-ON-AVON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. 2. TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE MOUNT PLEASANT CENTRE (WHETHER IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS. 3. TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE INHABITANTS OF BRADFORD-ON-AVON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
