Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE COUNTRY AND YOUNG PEOPLES OF CAMBODIA. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MEANS "DEVELOPMENT WHICH MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE ABILITY OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS"; (2) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 LIVING IN CAMBODIA BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH AND OTHER PROGRAMMES AS A MEANS OF: A. ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; B. ADVANCING EDUCATION; C. IMPROVING HEALTH; D. RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT; E. PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. (3) TO CARRY OUT ANY PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN CAMBODIA WHICH IS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES, AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE.
