TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS. B. TO PROVIDE A RANGE OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR VOLUNTEERS TO BENEFIT THEIR SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND WORK-BASED LEARNING.
