THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN THE GLOBAL SOUTH :- A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND B) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
