THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE WHO ARE ORPHANED, ABANDONED OR DISADVANTAGED IN SUCH PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD AND BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT; (B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS IN SUCH PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD AND BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
