NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY IMPROVING THE QUALITY AND AVAILABILITY OF LIBRARY
AND INFORMATION SERVICES AND PRODUCTS WHICH PROVIDE FOR THE
READING AND INFORMATION NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.
