Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE NEED AMONG FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES WHO, AS A RESULT OF THEIR MILITARY SERVICE, HAVE BEEN INJURED OR DISABLED OR SUFFER FROM ILL HEALTH ("BENEFICIARIES") BY: (A) ASSISTING BENEFICIARIES TO FIND SUITABLE EMPLOYMENT; (B) THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS; AND IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES AT THE TRUSTEES' DISCRETION TO RELIEVE NEED AMONG THE SPOUSES, CIVIL PARTNERS, CO-HABITEES WHO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP ANALOGOUS TO MARRIAGE OR CIVIL PARTNERSHIP WITH A BENEFICIARY, OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
