Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CLUB SHALL BE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION AND TO PURSUE ANY OBJECTS WHICH NOW ARE OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO ARE SUBSTANTIALLY AND PERMANENTLY HANDICAPPED BY ILLNESS, INJURY OR CONGENITAL DEFORMITY (OTHER THAN BLIND, DEAF OR DUMB) WHO LIVE IN DRONFIELD OR IN THE PARISHES OF COAL ASTON, UNSTONE, HOLMSFIELD AND DRONFIELD WOODHOUSE. IN VIEW OF THE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF OTHER CLUBS, MEMBERS MUST BELONG TO ONLY ONE DISABLED CLUB.
