THE FRIENDS OF THE DEVONSHIRE ROYAL HOSPITAL BUXTON IS CONSTITUTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF UNDERTAKING, IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF THE STOCKPORT AND BUXTON GROUP OF HOSPITAL, SUCH ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING THE RAISING OF FUNDS) TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF AND IMPROVE THE AMENITIES FOR THE PATIENTS OF THE DEVONSHIRE ROYAL HOSPITAK, BUXTON.
