Charitable objects
1 THE ORGANISATION IS ESTABLISHED TO MAKE GRANTS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS STUDYING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: A TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE TO ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION B TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; AND C TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING OR SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT 2 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS
