TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND FUNDING THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS TO ANY CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON.
