Hakuna Matata provides long term support and funding to the project Help a Village founded and run by Fausta Pina and Don Tarcisio. The Trust aims to have a positive impact in three keys ways: by contributing to the real economy; by promoting sustainable projects; and where necessary providing emergency assistance to those most vulnerable.

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR ANY EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD.
