TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE BOROUGH OF CASTLE POINT AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROMOTING THE DIVERSITY OF PLANT AND ANIMAL LIFE AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SAME.
