THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN PARTICULAR, TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN RESCUE KENNELS FOR THE CARE OF SUCH DOGS.
